It's a 10-15 cm pigtail cable for converting TS9 Male to SMA Female connector. Photos are for reference only. You may not get exactly as seen on the pictures (random select / straight or L-shape / depends on stock), but definitely you'll get the cable and should function as to what it was designed for - connects and adapts a coaxial cable.
This cable should be used when using a coaxial cable for connecting to a network devices like routers, that has TS9 female connector instead of the usual SMA female connector.
